What this role is all about:
We are looking for three full time Maintenance Technicians at our Little Chute location!

The Maintenance position is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules/regulations by using safe methods of equipment repair and upkeep.

Pay based on experience. Accepting applications entry level - journeyman.
  • Su-Th 10PM - 6AM OR Mon-Fri 2PM -10PM OR 6PM - 6AM 2-2-3 (1 position per shift)
  • Troubleshoot equipment for electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Install, update, and repair equipment.
  • Work closely with production to minimize downtime while maintaining high quality.
  • Repair or replace valves and pumps (seals, steams, O rings, seats, bearings, etc.) as needed.
  • Perform basic electrical wiring (switches, outlets, starter, motor leads, etc.) as needed.
  • Perform basic pipe fitting as directed.


The Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Mechanical aptitude required.


The Extras (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Minimum one (1) year of related maintenance experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

The Location:
Our Little Chute, WI, plant is home to approximately 90 employees. This facility is a top manufacturer of fresh and frozen mozzarella cheese sticks that are supplied to the appetizer industry. Right next to the plant is our well-known Simon's Specialty Cheese store, which employs approximately 20 employees. Simon's is a Wisconsin themed store, with everything from meats and cheese to clothing and craft spirits.

Little Chute, WI, is part of the Fox Cities and has a population of approximately 10,500. There are several unique recreation activities in the area, such as; High Cliff State Park, Performing Arts Center, and Trestle Trail.
