What this role is all about:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician position at our Hull, Iowa location.

The Maintenance Technician II performs routine and break down maintenance on processing and packaging equipment and is responsible for keeping the plant running and in compliance with all rules and regulations by using safe methods of equipment repair/upkeep. The Maintenance Technician II performs repairs as needed by the department, troubleshoots processes, manages and administers the preventive maintenance program, and assists with machine set ups and rebuilds as needed.
  • Hours are 5pm - 5am
  • Work only 7 shifts in 14 days on a 2-2-3 schedule, which includes every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • Double pay on Sundays and double pay plus 8 hours on Holidays


The Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Excellent attendance and teamwork
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50lbs
  • English communication skills

The Location:
Our Hull, IA, plant is home to approximately 150 employees. This facility produces various types of cheeses, such as: parmesan, romano, asiago, gouda, mozzarella, Colby Jack, Colby, cheddar, and whey products.
