Job Details


  • Visually inspects and tests machinery & equipment for troubleshooting.
  • Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts, cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
  • Lays out, threads, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic


  • Performs repairs to boilers, softeners, RO systems and air compressors as required to assure continued


  • Repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
  • Sets up and operates machine tools such and lathe, grinder, drill and milling machine to repair or fabricate

machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.

  • Performs PM work orders as required and in a timely manner.
  • Apply basic electrical and electronic principals in the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of

plant/production systems

  • Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
  • Installs, and/or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as motors, conveyors, compressors,

gearboxes, pumps, HVAC systems, etc.

  • Operates forklift and man-lift
  • Assumes personal responsibility to insure safe and healthy workplace for everyone. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and, incorporate safety and health in all jobs and tasks.
  • Adheres to quality work practices, follows GMP’s, maintains sanitary conditions and ensures that product quality is maintained.
  • Reports to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety and quality.
  • Always ensures regulatory compliance.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
