Maintenance Supervisor in Defiance OH

Responsibilities

·         Oversee maintenance activities, including repair maintenance, preventive/predictive maintenance, installation, repair, and maintain equipment.
·         Directs the activities of the shift SPV-specific maintenance employees with the ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly maintenance employees.
·         Interact with production management to ensure production and maintenance work as a team.
·         Maintains a safe and healthy work environment following standards, procedures, and regulations.
·         Ensures corrective work and project orders are assigned to ensure all repairs are completed promptly
