Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their food/beverage manufacturing facility in the Tulsa, OK area.

 

Responsibilities:

*Ensure all resources are being used efficiently and effectively.

*Ensure all subordinates are following all SOPs including OSHA, EPA, DHEC, NEC and FDA

*Direct mechanics for all maintenance work and ensure assignments are in relation to their skills.Control duration, cost, quality, and thoroughness of all work.

*Assign and direct all PPM work orders.

*Review and make adjustments to all planned job packages.

*Ensure safe work practices are followed.

*Oversee skills training and development of employees.

*Confirm all work is reported through the CMMS daily.Supervise all direct reports, complete reviews and provide feedback.

Requirements:

*3+ years technical experience in the Food OR Beverage industry

*AS/AA degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not required

*Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance.

*Expereince with PLC troubleshooting

*Experience managing hourly personnel.

*Strong analytical ability and Excellent communication skills

*MUST be open to working a night shift (11pm-7am)
