6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Sunday & Monday Off

General Purpose: Maintenance planning of MRO PM&##39;s and routine work orders which includes follow up and closing of these items. Ensure the proper filing of all and any maintenance logs and rounds sheets and oversee the day to day operations of the MRO parts / Parts receiving areas, SAP / MRO Training. Oversee 5S compliance of maintenance areas.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

MAINTENANCE PLANNING:

  • Oversee PM Program
  • Print out and assign duties to appropriate employees
  • Verify PM&##39;s are completed in a timely manner
  • Close PM&##39;s in SAP and update as needed
  • Gather parts / materials that are required to perform each task
  • Collect, review, and code incoming work orders and associated parts
  • Manage maintenance / Utility Logs / Rounds sheets and notify Maintenance management of any issue outside of their normal operating parameters
  • Ensures Maintenance parts receiving and purchasing areas are CI & 5S compliant
  • Create, revise, implement, and train on new SAP procedures within department
  • Active participation in maintenance safety programs (Including but not limited to; Chromium IV, Respirator, Lock out / Tag out)
  • Set-up and maintain equipment data files attached to the MRO PM&##39;s and work orders being generated
  • Prepare requested reports needed for Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, which may include inventory stock, order history, inventory utilization, and maintenance trends.
  • Create estimate reporting based on historical data
  • Generate time reports displaying maintenance staff efficiency
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks/functions as required

PARTS / MATERIALS:

  • Oversee the work of Maintenance Parts/Materials Clerk within the parts/receiving department
  • Stock and replenish maintenance inventory on hand, including materials, tools, and parts.
  • Oversee the receiving, putting away and inventory of, Cheese Cultures, CHY-MAX Rennet, Charsol C6 Smoke and MBL Lipase
  • MRO Scan gun system, maintain, calibrate, and train as required with in the maintenance department
  • Maintain and update current manufacturing parts list
  • Establish, organize and maintain storing of parts and materials in the bins or designated areas
  • Reached the minimum on hand levels as designated and record them on the appropriate documentation
  • Oversee and complete the receiving of all maintenance MRO shipments, log all incoming materials, notify person material is addressed to, and deliver items. Shelve stock items as soon as possible
  • Perform data entry of received materials into the SAP / MRO and stock in the appropriate location within the parts and material bins or designated area
  • Oversee / complete cycle counts to ensure our inventory is being tracked correctly. Man the parts and materials bins when the plant is in production or there is maintenance scheduled
  • Participate in efforts to decrease material, parts, and equipment costs
  • Train plant staff on the use of SAP systems and troubleshoot SAP / MRO issues as needed
