What We Need:

  • We need a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler who will help support the Maintenance Department on their planning and scheduling functions.


What You Will Do:

  • Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Execute and improve planning methodology for preventative maintenance program
  • Perform field inspections, determine appropriate job work scopes, develop work plans, and stage parts kits
  • Identify equipment failure trends and report them to the Maintenance Manager for root cause analysis
  • Manage eMaint for maintenance functions by creating, maintaining, and modifying work orders as necessary
  • Work with Reliability Engineer to Update PM's based on critical failures and downtime causes
  • Manage work plans to meet the quality and timeliness expectations of production
  • Provide functional leadership for the hourly maintenance team in processing, packing, and utilities


What You Need:

  • Minimum five (5) years' experience functioning as a Maintenance Planner
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Skilled in operating and examining production equipment and environments for faults/opportunities on improvement
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong data analysis capabilities and translating those into meaningful action items
