Responsibilities Our Production Machine Operators are Responsible for work assignment, monitoring, training, recording line productivity, quality results, pallet completions, and related activities to support production activities. Perform periodic product and process quality checks to ensure material is not defective or damaged and that material is appropriate to the order being processed. Communicate effectively with Production Supervisor on line performance, employee performance, quality issues, and other daily needs. This role can be physically and mentally demanding. It also requires good verbal communication skills and the ability to work well on a team and with people from multiple departments. Education, experience and training High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of previous experience working in a factory is preferred. Computer Knowledge- SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook.
