Established in 1954, ‘Pac-Rite Meat Products’ was a butcher shop offering home delivery of high quality products.In 1976, Florentino Sanchez, joined the company. Five years later in 1981, Luis M. Sanchez and Samuel Peck became partners in the organization. The company obtained a C-1 permit to operate.
In 1993 the real transformation operations started, consisting mainly in deboning. Beef was gradually put aside to focus on poultry.
Pac-Rite Meat Products acquired a building in Montreal North. Operations came under the hospices of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency also the HACCP system was implemented (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points)
