By using precise computerized formulations, we maintain consistent high quality standards from one production run to another.
Throughout our process, we manage food safety using HACCP guidelines and Canadian Food Inspection Agency standards. In addition, we have implemented our own stringent quality control system; our plants are SQF level 2 certified. Every year we open our doors to a third-party audit of our entire meat processing facility.
