The role will be responsible to manage multiple projects in the areas of systems integration for the companys Integration Center of Competency (ICC) group. The candidate will coordinate among business users, external data providers, IT groups, and ensure all aspects of integration projects are implemented and delivered. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commodities domain, commodities contract management process, supply chain & logistics, and strong experience in Agile IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Main Accountabilities:
  • Oversee integration projects, manage integration staff work assignment and priorities; ensure alignment across different stakeholders and project priorities
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes and conduct gap analysis, feasibility study and data impact analysis; ensure reusability of integration artifacts and conformance to standards
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop Business Requirements Document (BRD), message specifications and business process flow. Create deliverables in different phases of the project life-cycle by decomposing functionality into integration specifications and business rules. Worked closely with business stakeholders, application owners, data providers, and IT cross-functional teams
  • Identify and evaluate the impact of change requests on business processes and all upstream and downstream systems. Manage changes and system improvements through appropriate change control process.
  • Manage and participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing of new interfaces and enhancements to existing integrations. Review test cases and test plans with the project team.
  • Liaise with onsite/offsite development team on daily basis to monitor integration project progress by tracking activity, addressing road blocks, publishing progress reports and recommending actions
  • Additional projects/responsibilities as business demands

  • Bachelor&##39;s degree or Masters degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred
  • PMP Certification desirable
  • 7+ yrs. of experience in Program/Project Management in a distributed and team-based environment
  • 5+ yrs. of experience in Business Systems Analysis, Systems Mapping and Data Transformation Techniques
  • Deep understanding of integration platforms, frameworks and middleware. Familiarity with Tibco tools suite including Tibco Administrator, Events Management and Hawk
  • Experience with TIBCO Adapter technologies (Database, R/3 and File)
  • Understanding of Java Messaging Bus (JMS) and standard integration paradigms including publish/subscribe, request/reply and broadcast. Sound knowledge of Message Construct, Routing and Transformation
  • Strong understanding of Commodities Markets, Exchanges, Third Party Brokers, and Clearing Processes
  • Strong understanding of Market Data, External Prices, and Commodity Contract Lifecycle
  • Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and iterative methodology such as Rational Unified Process (RUP), Agile methodologies, concepts of Scrum and Sprint
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus, Canonical Messages and VETRO
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Tools Suite including JIRA & Confluence, Snow, UML and XML
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (including Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Demonstrated success working under aggressive deadlines
  • Flexible and willing to travel 25% of time
