Dip into This Role

  • Perform quarterly stock reconciliation between Sabra’s ERP and all third-party warehouse locations
  • Support inventory activities to maintain a 98% accuracy at all times & report KPI’s to business units monthly
  • Coordinate network stock balancing activities to avoid spoilage
  • Support development of compliance metrics around ERP transaction timing and accuracy
  • Complete ad-hoc transactions for third-party warehouses (goods receipts/issues, disposals, cycle counts, etc.)
  • Performs analyses, reconciliation, physical auditing, and data entry during monthly/quarterly physical inventory process
  • Support all 3PL for ad-hoc cycle counts as needed
  • Support product recall inventory traceability efforts
  • Ensure all incorrect SLED’s & open past due orders are reported weekly & remedied prior to closure of a financial period/commencent of physical inventory
  • Ensure all overdue GIT are reported weekly & remedied prior to closure of a financial period/commencement of physical inventory
  • Report overproductions to Operations stakeholders & ensure large overproductions have a plan to mitigate risk
  • Report inventory across network, short-code, waste, expiry forward look & donations for disposition determination
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners for disposition on outstanding Quality, WIP and RWK product
  • Coordinate and transact all destructions/disposals as needed
  • Perform update of material price calculator & review FG SKU’s for deactivation potential
  • Ensure inventory reconciliation activities and physical audits for CHEP &/or other Sabra pallet platforms are completed on monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis
  • Manage relationship and coordinate donation efforts with Feedmore representatives and warehouse team

  • Provides back-up to Logistics Credit Coordinator

  • Additional duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree–Operations Management/Supply Chain, or Business is preferred
  • 1-3 years’ supply chain experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing
  • Basic/Intermediate knowledge of SAP
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • General understanding of supply chain basics
  • Demonstrates urgency and takes responsibility for actions
  • Team oriented
  • Able to work in a constant changing environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus
  • Professional Certification in production & inventory management/supply chain management a plus
