  • Contact CareersInFood.com's users (employers and job candidates) through unsolicited e-mail, telephone calls, mailings or any other method of communication.

  • Security Rules of Website:
    Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including, without limitation:

  • Accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which user is not authorized access.

  • CareersInFood.com expressly prohibits the use of robots, spiders or any other automatic device to copy, transmit or use in any form the content of the CareersInFood.com site to include posted jobs, job seeker profiles, or any other pages or content on the CareersInFood.com site.

  • Attempting to interfere with service by any user, host or network, including without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to the website, overloading, flooding, mail bombing, spamming, or crashing, or Sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotion and/or advertising of products or services, or Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or news group posting. Violations of system or network security will result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences, which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. Any person or entity found engaged in the stated prohibited practices will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for civil or criminal charges.
