What We Need:

  • We need an experienced Industrial Engineer who will help support driving waste and cost out of the operation through data analysis and execution of proposed projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Review production processes, engineering specifications, and performance data to implement improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and overall performance
  • Develop management control systems and data tracking to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient in the factory
  • Enact process control procedures to resolve production problems or minimize costs
  • Effectively project manage the improvements identified and partner with manufacturing departments on implementation
  • Evaluate ROI/IRR on proposed CapEx spends with project justification

What You Need:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in or other related field
  • Minimum five (5) years&##39; experience working in food/beverage manufacturing
  • Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, CAD
  • Highly effective communicator and cross functional department partnering skills required
  • Strong data analysis skills and project management skills required
  • Six sigma certification/LEAN training preferred
