This full time, permanent Human Resources Recruiter opening is at a growing yet stable employer. They are a respected leader in their industry. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:

  • Learning all aspects of successful recruiting as well as a Cloud-based Applicant Tracking system
  • Developing and presenting enticing verbal marketing scripts
  • Screening to determine matches based on needs and wants
  • Maintaining existing as well as developing new long-term relationships
  • Following up in the appropriate time frame, with the right temperament and a clear message
  • Effectively communicating while adapting to various communication styles and not being misinterpreted
  • Practicing active listening and following up with pointed, relevant questions
  • Conducting yourself with the highest degree of integrity and honesty, treating others as we like to be treated
  • Shifting priorities based on what is happening during the day and in the job world
  • Focusing on being productive (urgent & important priorities) versus being busy
  • Organizing your day around activities that produce results

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • One or more years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • One or more years of recruiting experience
  • Ability to learn quickly, think on your feet and build relationships effectively
  • A predisposition to connecting with people
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to be persistent
  • Ability to prioritize and be highly organized
  • A four year degree, extensive sales training or additional experience
  • Motivation
  • A residence within 20 miles of New Berlin, Wisconsin
