JOB SUMMARY:
Responsibilities of the Human Resource / Payroll coordinator include but may not be limited to: overseeing and submitting weekly payroll, interviewing and hiring of hourly plant workers, maintaining vacation balances and providing vacation balances as needed, working with employment agencies in recruiting and filling open positions.
As a member of the H R team, you will help attract, develop and work with employees and associates from direct hires to temporary agency associates to succeed in whichever job they are placed within a large-scale food manufacturing environment.
