Legendary Baking, an innovative dessert manufacturer specializing in pie, cake, cheesecake and custom desserts is seeking an HR Recruiter/Training Coordinator to become part of our HR team. We are looking for passionate, motivated individuals with the ability to recruit, hire and train our new employees. The quality of our mouthwatering pies is top notch and we need a recruiter to carry on that tradition through selling our company to new employees and building relationships with existing employees. We are looking for candidates that have 2 years or more recruiting experience and take pride in their work. Experience in manufacturing recruiting is preferred.

Must have at least 2 years recruiting experience (some manufacturing recruiting experience preferred). Additional experience needed in hiring, training or other related personnel functions. Strong interpersonal skills are essential as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills to enable the incumbent to communicate clearly and sensitively with all levels of employees. Must be familiar with all legal requirements impacting on recruiting and selection of job candidates. Successful completion of certificate in SQF. Ability to understand and execute a variety of company procedures, policies, and must be multi-task oriented. Must be computer literate. Must be able to work independently, at a fast pace, follow and give directions, and make decisions. Must also be willing to work as part of a team, take initiative, be creative with ideas and work to implement those ideas. Must have the ability to interact positively with employees and management.
