HACCP Manager in Raleigh NC

Our client, a leading food manufacturer is seeking a HACCP Manager to provide leadership and manage the execution of HACCP and food safety programs.  In this exciting role, you will take the lead in establishing the company’s standard operating procedures to ensure high quality products.

What we are looking for:

• Develop, document, and implement food safety processes/procedures to ensure product safety is always monitored and maintained.
• Ensure current and future programs are manageable in the plant environment and provide operational support to ensure ALL programs are successful.
• Provide leadership and be an active member of all project teams to ensure food safety concerns are addressed.
• Provide timely, accurate and relevant data and analysis to plant and corporate management.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• 5 years of Quality Assurance, HACCP and/or Food Safety Management experience
• Food Manufacturing Experience
• BS Degree or higher in poultry, meat, or food science.
