This position will be part of the Global IT governance organization. The position focuses on proactively identifying and managing programs, communications and IT contracts & approval workflows. The candidate will lead the evolution and development of PMO standards, program and portfolio management. This role will establish and maintain consistent project and program management methodology across the IT organization.

Key interfaces include:

- Internal (to IT): Global IT: Global CIO, Regional IT Leaders, Application, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure and Security Leads, Regional and Value Chain IT teams, FP&A organization, IT Governance, IT Shared Services

- External (to IT): FP&A, The Business Services Division, Regional and Value Chain business stakeholders, Corporate Functions including Finance, Tax, Treasury Procurement, HR, Legal, Communications etc.

Core Functions:

  • Supports status updates and reporting for Global IT PMO to ensure all programs and projects meet organizational goals and are implemented within the agreed upon scope, budget and timeline

  • Gathers, tracks and monitors status for major Global IT initiatives

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to facilitate all aspects of global IT project management office

  • Communicates Global IT initiative status within IT leadership and to external stakeholders

  • Develops monthly performance reports and financial scorecards for leadership meetings

  • Manages the process and approvals for new investments and contract extensions

  • Additional projects/responsibilities as require


  • Bachelors degree in business or computer science or related field.

  • Certified, or pursuing certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Must have at least 5-7 years experience that encompasses the following:

    • Strong program management and PMO skills

    • Experience in resource management and budget process

    • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

    • Must be extremely resourceful and enthusiastic

    • Ability to perform feasibility studies; cost benefit analyses and business case creation

    • Ability to create pivot tables, charts, graphs to perform critical analysis

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively

    • Provide centralized control, coordination, and reporting of scope, change, cost, risk, and quality across projects

    • Good analytical, decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills

    • Effective presentation skills

    • Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment

  • 3+ years in project / program management office
