Forklift Operator/Inventory Control

Forklift Operator: Day Shift 7a-3p (m-f with OT on weekend)

Inventory Control (IC): Mid Shift 3p-11p (m-f with OT on weekend) - $.50 shift premium

Starting Hourly Rate - $16.00 with an increase to $17.25 after one year!

The Forklift Operator will perform a variety of duties in receiving, issuing, handling, and be responsible for accounting of inventory stock in the Production Raw Materials Area and Inventory Warehouse so as to keep Production Running.

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
• Processes and/or approves invoices for payment.
• Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
• Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers.
• May serve as cashier and handle cash and cash-related payments.
• Utilize math skills to verify quantities, make adjustments, fill out worksheets and complete order paperwork correctly.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS), radio frequency scanners, and other equipment needed to perform job duties.
• Solid attention to detail, ability to follow directions and apply problem solving skills

What you bring to the Party:

• Forklift experience is a must
• Valid Drivers License for Forklift Certification
• Prior experience in a Warehouse
• Receiving position in a manufacturing facility transporting Raw Materials
• Strong Computer and Math Skills
• Cycle Counting Experience
