The Flavour Manufacturers Association of Canada (FMAC) is an organization dedicated to support flavour manufacturers in Canada. The members of the association are comprised of various companies that create, manufacture, and/or market flavours specifically designed for the Canadian food and beverage industry. The FMAC assists members in keeping up to date with new trends and demands in the industry as well as provide them with a voice to tackle issues or concerns that may be occurring in Canadian flavour manufacturing. The association is Canada-wide and works with industry executives and scientists to offer support and professional growth through resources and community endeavors.
