YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL AND YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT THE INDUSTRY AND WANT TO KEEP LEARNING:
You are working in the industry - whether it#39;s Publix, Whole Foods, Aldi or WalMart - whether you are a cashier, department manager or customer service leader - you understand retail, and are passionate about the opportunity to keep learning about trends that impact the business through trade publications, industry trade shows - FMI, PMA or IDDBA - visiting retailers in NY, NJ, LA or PA... talking to professionals all over the country.
WHETHER YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE RECRUITING OR YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL
You must have an amazing work ethic, high energy and drive, and enjoy talking to people. A successful recruiter needs to be self-motivated and have a "customer first" mindset.

With Samuel J. Associates...Your clients are in the retail industry - supermarkets, specialty food retailers, e-commerce companies as well as companies that service these industries such as market research firms, large wholesale companies, produce growers, floral growers, etc.
- You will service existing clients as well as generate new business.
- You will place leaders at various levels: COO, CFO, as well as Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors- within Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Real Estate, Construction, Finance/Accountng, Information Technology and Human Resources. You will Regional Management, Category Management, Merchandiser, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and Department Managers
- Search assignments will not require travel, however, if you are willing and able - we encourage client visits whenever possible.
- Compensation is a combination of base salary plus commission - $70K-$100K total is a realistic first year income - there is an established book of business.
