Positions Supervised: ERP Coordinators and ERP Trainers
This position leads and supports PSSI’s Employee Retention Program and “ERP” Coordinators at multiple locations in a Division. A person in this position is responsible for executing PSSI’s ERP policies for ERP Coordinators, trainers, and new hires as well as assisting with staffing issues across a division. This team member must know, understand, and be able to communicate the ERP program to team members, and is responsible for ERP Coordinator’s execution of all Five elements of ERP in the designated plants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES
To be qualified to perform as an ERP Manager, an individual must be knowledgeable and able to perform, train, and oversee the execution of each of the job duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation:
Manage all Five Elements of the ERP Program
1. Guarding the Front Door – Hiring Selectivity:
o Partner with the local workforce office, cooperate with non-profits, request paid advertising, and maintain offsite recruitment partnerships to attract applicants.
o Show applicants the New Applicant Video, conduct interviews, review work history, define essential job functions and explain the benefits of a career with PSSI.
o Make hiring decision and extend job offer.
o Ensure that all screening requirements are completed, while also ensuring that the Trainer New Hire White Board in maintained.
2. Manage 24-Hour Experience
o Conduct initial orientation, complete new hire paperwork in Talent Reef and issue the 30-day Challenge.
o Understand all 8 items required in the 24-Hour Experience for every Brown Hat and ensure ERPC’s understand and own this process
3. Qualification– “EARNING THE WHITE HAT”
o Ensure that leadership understands the five Qualification Criteria
o Ensures that all plants require that new hires (rehires) all complete a minimum of 4 weeks of ERP Training and meet all Qualification Criteria before being Qualified.
4. Selection and Preparation of Trainers
o Coordinate with Operations to identify, train and designate trainers in each are of the plant
o Ensure that we have One ERP Trainer for Every Brown Hat
o Ensure that ERP Trainers remain with the Brown hat for the entire shift for the full 4 weeks of ERP Training
o Ensure that Trainer Overlock is taking place through routine audits.

o Conduct three weekly meeting to sustain the culture of ERP: Weekly debrief with Brown
Hats, Weekly ERP Trainer meeting and ERP New Hire Video (A, B, C, D) meeting.
o Respond to the improvement items designated during ERP Assessments
Additional Job Responsibilities:
o Submit Weekly Schedule to DM’s, HRDM and Corporate Retention Director
o Perform ERP Rollout Trainings for Plants needing ERP Support (ERP Rollout
o Conduct ERPC Training and Development Training for ERP Coordinators
o Conduct ERP Assessments in plants
o Complete ERP Corrective Action Plans and provide follow-up
o Participate in Bi-weekly ERP Division Conference calls
o Provide support to D-1 Plants
o Provide support to Start-up
o Previous experience as an ERP Coordinator
o Ability to Train/Communication Skills
o Organizational Skills
o Familiarity with Excel, Word and Outlook
