We are looking for a dynamic and intellectually curious leader to drive process improvements that have a direct impact on business results. This individual will lead the IBP Center of Excellence (COE) team, bringing together a strong business and commercial acumen with technology and analytics to develop industry standard processes and tools to support the integrated business planning process.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates a Center of Excellence of advanced analytic capability that drives profitable business decision making.
  • Develops tools and capabilities to provide a single thread of continuity across strategic and operational planning routines, functions, and time horizons, reducing complexity.
  • Oversees the long-range strategic system planning process to support a 36-month demand plan by Business Unit and platform and tied back to Integrated Planning who owns the 18-month horizon.
  • Spearheads continuous improvement to build long term demand capability of using data insights to improve the statistical model forecast from Development Analysts.
  • Oversees process to consolidate IBP business unit information to identify gaps and establish the agenda for the executive IBP process.
  • Sets up governance with clear roles, decision rights, and policies and incentives that promote behaviors to drive the organization to achieve its mission.
  • Directs, trains and develops subordinates, if applicable.

Years of Related Experience: 10 years of successful and progressive scope of responsibility with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods company. Experience should include one or more of the following Business Intelligence, Sales Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics and Manufacturing.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, JDA/Blue Yonder, SAP
  • Executive level communication, influencing skills, and strong ability to develop and deliver recommendations.
  • Proven experience in defining meaningful insights and solutions to action is necessary to be successful in the role.
  • Proven experience managing large projects and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in the development of statistical tools grounded in data science.
