As Danone Waters North America Innovation Assistant Marketing manager, you will be responsible for the planning, project management and execution of the innovation of the Danone Waters portfolio in the U.S. and Canada. You will need to have very strong project management and follow up skills and develop strong collaborative relations with the North American stakeholders (internal functions and external partners) as well as with evian global team.
Scope:: U.S. and Canada
Planning, project management and execution of all the Innovation of Danone#39;s water brands in North America, both current and future. This includes project management, concept, development, packaging, business-case building and commercialization.
Execute innovation consumer research in close collaboration with Global teams.
Track innovation KPIs and reapply learnings to improve plans further.
Develop strong collaborative relations with the North American stakeholders, both internal functions (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) and external (Distributors, agencies); as well as with the Danone waters global teams.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- 4-5 years of CPG Brand Marketing experience in innovation.
- Strong, proven:
- Leadership skills: self-starter, proactive, action-oriented
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset
- Analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Ability to learn fast
- Ability to operate and stay focused within ambiguity and changing environment
- Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders with strong listening skills.
- Bachelor degree
- U.S. Retail (Mass, Grocery and Convenience ) knowledge - AFH knowledge a plus
- Excellent project management, planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with IRI/Nielsen databases and metrics a plus
- Ability to travel 10% to 20% of the time
- 2-4+ years of CPG Marketing experience, preferably on innovation.
- Bachelors Degree
