As part of a broader Logistics – Warehouse team, the ideal person will take the role to the next level while partnering with other teams.

Dip into This Role
Leads a team of front line team members to achieve desired results in driving team engagement and delivering business results
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of shift performance
Able to gather, analyze and present data
Lead and execute projects to improve team engagement, safety, quality, productivity (efficiencies and cost) and service
Provides daily communication in a group setting and periodically presents to larger audiences
Able to make informed business decisions with minimal direction
Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly business trends and provides real-time guidance to overcome obstacles
Assesses and evaluates trends to establish root cause and drive continuous improvement
Works closely with the Inventory Control, Finished Goods, Operations, and Maintenance teams to identify improvements to drive efficiencies, and accountability
Builds long-term strategies to drive results and proactively solve problems
Engages and inspires the team, while embracing and enhancing the company culture
Sets daily tone for safety-first culture and environment and participates in cross-functional teams to identify, report and resolve personal and food safety concerns
Drives results in OS&D error reduction, Schedule Attainment, Fill Rate, and Cost reduction
Enhances team members knowledge and skill through coaching, counseling, and training; provides feedback to team members, enhancing their accountability
Participates in the month end, quarter end and year end inventory process for the WH
May be required to be a backup planner/scheduler for customization and/or provide leadership support in the FG WH
Has a shared responsibility for the execution of sample orders
Recipe for Success
4-Year Degree strongly preferred
4+ years of experience in warehousing, shipping, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management/control preferred
Experience in Lean Six Sigma and 5s implementation is a plus
Ability to operate a forklift (training will be provided by Sabra)
Commitment to excellence and safety
SAP knowledge preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to write and read, comprehend, and complete basic checklist, forms, or other related documents in English
Strong aptitude in using Microsoft Office Suite
