Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative you will interface with Collective Arts customers to identify customer needs and guide them through the ultimate Collective Arts Experience. As the CSR, you will be a face and voice of Collective Arts and you will help foster a connection between our brand and our community. You will help manage the day-to-day of our customer interactions through email, phone and social media, with an emphasis on maintaining quick communication to our direct-to-home customers.
