Customer Service Director -
Will manage and direct the customer service operations for this large ag retail company with multiple locations in the South. Will develop performance metrics for customer service reps, train new hires, track and analyze customer complaints, etc. Candidate needs to be like a regional manager over several locations.
Southern location. Salary to $100,000. Requires degree and 5+ years of agribusiness experience to include 3 or more years in customer service. Must have managed other employees and be computer literate. Regional Manager may come from companies like Home Depot, Lowes, farm stores or large building supply companies. Send resume via email.
