The central role of the Marketing Specialist is to assist in all marketing efforts of Coca-Cola Credit Union, including, but not limited to: analyzing data from

various sources to determine ROI and find new marketing opportunities,

managing campaigns, composing communications to members and

employees, and any other tasks supporting growth for Coca-Cola CU. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with key players on the marketing team, other credit union departments, and Coca-Cola leaders to implement new

campaigns and strategies that increase membership and drive loan growth.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate, organized, willing and able to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities
•Supports the Vice President of Marketing with oversight on the development, execution and coordination of all marketing campaigns and initiatives from creative conception through completion; including market research, strategic communication, & plan development to support revenue generation and increase product and brand awareness.

•Develops external communications materials including newsletters, press releases, marketing messages, website content, event promotional materials and imagery to enhance competitive positioning within the marketplace.

•Writes and edits copy for time-sensitive member communications (i.e. emails, newsletters, powerpoint presentations, social media content, etc.), at times in cooperation with or at the request of other Credit Union departments.

•Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (email, web analytics, rankings, etc.)and tracks existing marketing campaigns to completion and reports on results.

•Provides leadership and end-to-end management and execution of both digital and social media campaigns with particular proficiency in: writing original content on all social media platforms, improving member engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.

•Manages, supervises and maintains relationship with outside vendors in

promoting Credit Union services. (i.e. advertising agencies, mailing houses, digital/social marketing partners etc.).

•Perform market and industry trends research.

Qualifications & Requirements:
•Educational Requirements: Bachelor&##39;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent required.

•Work Experience: Minimum 3+ years&##39; marketing, sales or marketing-related

experience is required.

•Other:

-Experience within a financial institution (Credit Union or Bank) is highly

preferred.

-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

-Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or InDesign experience highly

preferred.

-Experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns
