This position is designed to manage an extensive portfolio of customers. Summary of essential job functions:

  • Versed in customer credit evaluations and the credit underwriting process
  • Responsible to investigate and take appropriate steps to address and resolve payment denials/incorrect payments
  • Understanding the importance of maintaining customer relationships as part of collection process
  • Must be able to take initiative and take action to respond, and follow-up with overdue accounts

Minimum Requirements:

  • Two or more years of experience in business to business collections
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be detailed oriented and highly organized
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong excel experience and math aptitude
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with customers and sales rep to collect an overdue accounts
  • Assertive personality when needed.
  • Goal oriented focusing on both short, intermediate, and long term time horizons
  • Positive team member, able to work with a team of collection specialists, management personnel, and sales staff
  • High School Diploma
