Data entry of new specifications, costing & pricing for Fresh Food Solutions accounts.
Ensure the accuracy of all food recipes, food cost and labor cost allocations in the Flying Food Group database system. Verify by onsite review, menu specifications, product cost, yields, and labor assignments. Maintain food cost standards by account, location, or system.
Maintain ongoing reports, basic analysis and statistics supporting procurement, supply chain and marketing.
Participates in culinary initiatives for new and expanded business opportunities.
Attends customer menu presentations when required and assist field participants in problem resolution.
Job Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years work experience or educational background in food and foodservice industry. Must be detail oriented and possess good communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Must be willing and able to learn quickly. Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly proficient in Excel, and accustomed to basic database function. Must be able to travel in continental US (if needed) for presentations.
