Summary: The Contract Recruiter will be supporting the success of the company through high-quality timely hiring of hourly employees in assigned region. Supports assigned manufacturing sites to ensure that all hourly employment placement decisions are properly vetted and the most qualified candidate identified.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports assigned manufacturing sites to ensure that open hourly positions are posted in a timely manner.
  • Oversee employment advertising for all hourly positions in assigned region.
  • Conduct phone screens, administer appropriate assessments and arrange interviews with on-site plant HR and operations teams.
  • Develop applicant pipeline and pool of candidates for high volume hourly positions.
  • Create offers and route for approval, generate offer letters, and complete required Workday tasks.
  • Schedule background checks and drug screens.
  • Monitor site Master Headcount reports and take appropriate staffing action.
  • Plan and execute job fairs, as needed, to maintain staffing levels.
  • Support Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Minimum Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management preferred


  • Two years of experience in a HR or high volume recruiting environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be computer literate with experience with HRIS programs.
  • Strong analytical, reasoning and math skills.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to present to large audiences.
  • Should be proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to multi-task with good organizational skills in order to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

  • Work involves light exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, extreme temperatures, humidity, darkness, and/or noise.
  • Work environment involves light exposure to physical risks, such as working around mechanical, chemical, and electrical hazards.
  • Light physical effort required such as standing, sitting, and walking in and around the office; reaching, climbing, and kneeling as needed; utilizing fine dexterity, the ability to see, hear, and communicate with associates as well as others by utilizing professionally etiquette.
