CMM Quality Inspector Mon-Thu 10 hrs/day for 2nd shift in Big Bend WI

This stable, established, growing, precision manufacturer company is looking to hire a full-time, permanent CMM Quality Inspector for second shift. Because of their products are used by the military and the aerospace industry, their quality needs to be at a higher level than at other manufacturing companies. Employees like coming to work and have a lot of pride in producing a high quality, superior product. Employees are encouraged to take advantage of opportunities within the company so they can learn and grow. Employees work four ten-hour days and have Friday off. This is a second shift position.

The successful candidate&##39;s duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Performing compliance inspections on incoming products and services
• Determining manufacturing standards and tolerances
• Assisting in the resolution of tolerance and variance issues
• Generating reports of non-conformance
• Coordinate measuring machine operation and programming
• Communicating tolerance / quality variances

Qualifications:
Candidates will have a minimum background consisting of the following:

• Three years in a quality role
• CMM (coordinate measuring machine) experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to create customer requirements from certificates of conformance
