Summary/Objective

The Client Services Representative is committed to providing a “customer first” culture at all levels. Committed to delivering the highest level of quality service to our client base while maintaining costs at a reasonable level. Work with the sales team to focus on putting the interest of our clients first and building stronger relationships, which will foster customer loyalty. Extensive involvement in day-to-day operations, as well as the ability to develop positive working relationships with other departments will also be a key component of this position.

Essential Functions

  1. Handle all incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to clients.
  2. Responsible for administrative client service issues. (i.e., rejected product, order inquiries, problem resolution)
  3. Work closely with other departments and representatives to allocate orders every day on shorts, re-arranging orders on the day of and the future to make sure the company doesn’t short orders.
  4. Work with scheduling and sales staff to ensure everyone knows that an order is going to get shorted.
  5. Enter orders for sales.
  6. Work closely with sales representatives to ensure order accuracy and availability.
  7. Ensure all information requested by sales representatives is forwarded on a timely basis
  8. Add product, lock and unlock orders for changes sales staff request.
  9. Responsible for entering pricing and orders for sales representatives.
  10. Manage daily order entry, send necessary order documents to customers, and assist with customer complaints.
  11. Manage orders shipping daily and advise the sales team regarding inventory shortages and any other issues.
  12. Work in conjunction with the AR team to contact customers that have delinquent accounts.
  13. Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal/external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
  14. Conduct and complete any other duties assigned.
