Responsible for nightly cleaning and sanitizing of internal and external areas of The Creamery including the Creamery Kitchen and the Creamery Parlor. Clean, sanitize and maintain floors, restrooms, serving areas, customer common areas, all back of house space and outdoor spaces.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect and dispose of retail store, Creamery Kitchen and Creamery Parlor garbage, cardboard boxes, waste and debris
Clean and sanitize customer and employee areas of the retail store, including the Creamery Kitchen, the Creamery Parlor and patio
Maintain floors throughout the store by sweeping, vacuuming and mopping daily
Clean and maintain the outside area of the store (sidewalks, windows, parking lot and customer common areas)
Refill necessary sanitation, cleaning and paper products for customer areas, store and employee areas daily
Maintain adequate levels of supplies for the shift
Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
Exhibit the values and ethics of Dairy Farmers of America through honesty, discretion, and sound judgment
Adhere to all DFA Quality, Safety and GMP policies and procedures and report any nonconformity
Attend required training, including but not limited to, Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF)
