Production CI Manager 

-Is responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across operations. 

-Responsible for monitoring and improving organizational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible within the Operations department. Responsible for mapping out all workflows, removing waste and low-value activities, and recommending solutions. Using research, analysis and guided by formal kaizen methodologies, take the lead in implementing changes, acting as a leader, manager, and mentor throughout different areas of operations.

 -This role may require evening shifts in accordance with factory hours. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following, however other duties may be assigned. ? Analyze Business Processes: Responsible for analyzing existing business processes using various methods such as gap analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act). Find losses, opportunities for improvement and troubleshoot further to determine root causes. ? Develop Strategies: Responsible for developing short- and long-term strategies for the organization and incorporating Six Sigma, Agile, and other practices. Facilitate progress and reduce costs, both in terms of sales and workflow inefficiencies. ? Lead Activities: Responsible for coordinating and leading key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization. Supervise several teams directly or collaborate with managers to reengineer processes. 

-Fiscal Responsibility: Responsible for developing and managing the capital expense budget and departmental budgets for the Operations Department by working in unison with each department head. Develops, maintains and evaluates relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure that all company expectations are met and in alignment with the critical success factors. ? Monitor Progress: Responsible for monitoring progress in order to check if changes yield desirable results. Establish measurable standards at the start of a project and then compare actual project results against these, regularly generating detailed update reports for management. ? Provide Mentorship: Responsible for serving as a coach who coordinates workshops and team trainings, openly sharing their guidance and technical expertise and ensuring that learning resources are widely available in an effort for continuous improvement of team members
