Job Summary (See the Summary of Responsibilities for a comprehensive list of duties):

Able to perform all truck/rig functions and follow rules of the road safely in transporting raw materials from Farmer&##39;s Pride pickup locations to Keystone Protein Company unload locations without spills.

Summary of responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:

Completes required paperwork and submits paperwork on time for Plant Manager&##39;s review.
Ability to use scales (Farmer&##39;s Pride & KPC) in a safe manner.
Takes a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns.
Physically inspects raw material load by visually looking for any contaminants and smelling for any off-odors.
Follows Standard Biosecurity Procedures.
Maintains vehicle(s) in a neat appearance inside and outside; washing vehicle(s) weekly and/or as needed.
Reports any vehicle problems (i.e. mechanical failures, damage to truck/trailer, accident) immediately to Plant Manager.
Refuels vehicle as needed.
Follows all company policies and procedures.
Complies with all I.C.C. or D.O.T. Regulations.
Ability to pre/post trip equipment.
Completes mandatory yearly training.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: (Due to the high volume of applicants, only those who meet the minimum qualifications will be selected for interviews):

Clean Class A CDL License

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or up to one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of both education and experience.

Must understand DOT Regulations.
