Since 1992, the Canadian Council of Human Resources Association (CCHRA) has been a nationwide voice for human resources professionals across Canada. The CCHRA works to enhance and promote the profession across Canada. A Board of Directors represents all member associations and is responsible for CCHRA’s vision, mission, and objectives. They meet three times a year to ensure goals are being met and members are satisfied. The association ensures that Canadian HR professionals are properly represented to the federal government and that the official constitution of the CCHRA, which was created in 1994, is being followed.
