Founded in 1992 by Bob and Alberta Rowe, Burton Meats Inc. specializes in delivering quality meats to the hospitality industry within Toronto area. To this day, Bob and Alberta closely monitor every aspect of their operation, from the preparation of their finest quality meats, to ensuring that every carefully selected cut is hand delivered to the most exclusive restaurants across Southern Ontario, as well as local public through our on-site retail shops.
Our product line includes a complete selection of cuts of beef, veal, and chicken, as well as their sausages and hamburgers that are prepared on site. The Dry Aging Room, located at the heart of this facility, is why we are able to offer such a fine product. We consider food safety our upmost priority when preparing our products. Staffed by twenty employees, we ensure that our meat products are the safest in the market.
Our facility is federally inspected and approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency through their Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) program, recognizing our exceptional commitment to food safety. We continue to serve the food industry, as well as the public, through our ongoing commitment to quality products and the personal attention to our valued customers.
