Brand Manager - The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading brand strategy and activation to drive growth, optimize marketing performance through evaluation of investment choices and results, develop and execute an innovation pipeline, support corporate communication objectives and needs, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to maximize value (NPV of EBIT). Reports directly to Brand Ambassador.
Potential candidates needs to have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in social media, communication and agency experience for art work.
Need to be familiar with and a focus on digital, as well as customer, retailer, and virtual field marketing programs.
Some experience with DTC (Shopify) and Amazon Business, optimizing and building digital presence. Some experience in the food dairy industry preferred.
Indiana location and salary $80-95K plus benefits, incentives
