Position Summary:
Under immediate supervision, acts as the initial point of contact for internal customer complaints. Resolves minor issues and forwards more complicated cases to the Customer Service Manager

Position Responsibilities:
  • Acts as the single point of contact for internal and maintained customers on issues and complaints related to Dawn products and merchandise
  • Responds to customer complaints in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Resolves issues and complaints that fall within established guidelines set for the position
  • Performs a variety of daily duties including manual order entry and the processed of order cancellations and modification for maintained accounts.
  • Handles a variety of customer issues including, but not limited to: communication shortages to customers or appropriate sales team members modifying purchase orders.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years prior customer service and telephone experience required
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish)
  • Ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm and operate a 10-key adding machine a plus
