Job Description

This position reports to theCorporate Benefits Supervisor and is an exempt position. Principle areas ofresponsibilities shall include but aren't limited to:

Drug Testing - Overseedaily administration of drug testing programs for all locations, including,reporting and logging results, mailing donor notifications, ordering of alldrug testing supplies for all locations, verifying vendor invoices, andproducing monthly DOT recap report for company Transportation Department.

Leaves of Absence - Oversee the daily administrationof the FMLA and Non-FMLA programs in Kronos and Oracle HCM and with insuranceplan premium tracking for employees on leave. Responsible for setting up auditing procedures and providing results tothe locations. This includes auditing LOA paperwork and benefit premiums, shutoffs, reinstatements, premium notification letters; and return to work status. Inaddition, prepare weekly report for deposit of premiums paid by employees onleave of absence and managing insurance plan arrears in Oracle HCM. Also responsible for system testing and keepingprocedures updated and accessible to the locations.

Insurance Programs- Oversee the daily in-house administration of the HIPAA Program that includes training and compliance. Provide back up on COBRA administration,filing LTD and life applications and support to locations on any claims filingissues. Oversee STD claims filing andsupport to the locations.

General/Human Resources - Provide back-up on coordinating all translations for videos and writtenmaterials. Conduct post offer processesand new hire orientation for Corporate office staff. Overall responsibility for maintainingupdated benefits related documents on the Company intranet and HCM EmployeeResources. Assist the BenefitsSupervisor and Manager with projects as needed.
