As a Senior HR Generalist is responsible for I-9 system administration and weekly audits of plants, live, PTI and Corporate.
Oversees HR field operations compliance with 8850’s, First/Last Principle activities audits, Position Management Audits, and Occurrence Audits monthly. Administers Poster Guard contract to ensure all locations have most current required labor postings in place always.
Assists with associate relations in the PPP/PPM Corporate Office departments to quickly resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner. Provides guidance and recommendations relative to corrective action including discipline and/or terminations.
