Summary of Responsibilities: This position is responsible for guiding the development of concepts that bring our brands vision to life while hitting our business goals. This individual can take the perfect blend of strategic thinking and breakthrough creative. Key areas of responsibility include having a deep understanding of the digital space and content that is needed for those spaces, creating integrated campaigns for a wide variety of clients including but not limited to print, OOH, experiential, content for social, and packaging.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Leads and performs the detailed art direction and content design of integrated campaigns through all stages of development for many platforms

  • Understands and articulates creative strategy as it relates to Bragg’s business objectives and its application in integrated campaigns.

  • Develops and presents a strong and credible creative rationale that supports integrated creative ideas to an audience of executives, agency partners and consumers.

  • Creates iterative ads within a campaign for testing and then revise the work based on analytics and performance.

  • Leads concept, visual creative development, and presentation of new product efforts.

  • Provides clear direction to copywriters, designers and other creative partners.

  • Creates, manages, and executes creative for all social channels, website, and all marketing materials.

  • Manages and updates packaging for all current products and innovation.?

  • Manages and updates style guide when necessary

  • Creates stop motion and video needs for brand for social and website.

  • Facilitates and orchestrates communication between the creative team and senior leadership.

  • Ensures creative scope, schedule and budget are accurate.

  • Assists in photoshoots and does photo retouching

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in design, fine arts or marketing preferred.

  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects

  • Knowledge of adobe and photoshop, illustrator, sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software

  • Familiarity with HMTL and CSS

  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and the web

  • Adobe Production Suite (Photoshop, Premiere), After Effects

  • Must have a basic understanding and experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Explorer


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 10 years of experience in concepting, directing design and producing major marketing, communication and advertising campaigns. An excellent eye for art direction and a proven ability to apply it across a wide variety of communication channels. Strong conceptual skills, including the ability to develop integrated ideas that transcend different media and connect with very specific audiences.

Extensive background in advertising, data driven content campaigns, performance marketing, digital tactics, graphic design, information design, interaction design and typography.
