Summary: Day to day the Assistant QA Manager plans, coordinates, and manages the QA Program to ensure quality production of products with standards. With the QA Manager, this person will develop, implement, and maintain their QA Program, oversee the HACCP program, analyze customer contact & microbiological trends, develop strategies and programs for improved product safety, quality, and department.

- Prior food industry QA exp.
- BS degree
- Experience in a USDA reg. facility.
