Professionally represent Milo&##39;s Tea Company to all current or potential consumers and retailers. Work with retailers to profitably grow sales within assigned territory. Increase product and brand awareness through grass roots marketing. Communicate all market developments related to Milo’s Tea Company business.


  • Travel as needed (approximately 50% - 75% overnight) throughout assigned territory to visit existing and prospective customers to grow sales in all channels.
  • Achieve performance excellence and accomplish tasks by self-imposed initiative and high standards. Work independently to achieve sales and company objectives.
  • Work closely with immediate supervisor for direction and planning of efforts to drive sales through consumer events and retail sales opportunities. Utilize any opportunity to inform and educate consumers about our products and the Milo’s Difference.
  • Effectively work with store managers and KDMs to maximize sales. Identify and communicate with the store decision maker or person with authority for product expansion in the store.
  • Respond to consumers and retailers in a positive, courteous and timely manner.
  • Drive Sales by assisting customers with proper product rotation, ordering, delivery, and creative merchandising ideas.
  • Organize in-store sampling of product, confirming sufficient product is in stores before, during and after demo. Understand and monitor the need for demonstrators in specific markets while ensuring demonstrators are given excellent training and supervision.
  • Manage and successfully execute events to grow brand awareness and sales as requested or needed; may require overnight stay and weekend work.
  • Prepare timely reports of business transactions and submit expense reports on a weekly basis. Enter data into Fast Rep during sales calls to accurately, completely, and honestly document sales visits and other sales activity. Review and analyze key sales and market reports weekly to uncover specific opportunities and develop an action plan to be implemented.
  • Assist and support sales in other territories and perform other duties as requested.
  • With the assistance of your immediate supervisor, create a development plan to gain increased responsibility as designated by territory and account needs. Achieve performance excellence by self-imposed high standards.
  • Know and communicate detailed information about products, company and category to be a category expert.

  • All applicants must have either an associate’s (A.A.) or bachelor’s (B.A.) degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent or minimum of one to three years’ experience in sales and marketing. Prefer experience in the food and beverage industry; equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and a working knowledge of Social media web platforms is required.
  • All applicants must have the ability to read and interpret reports and correspondence. Applicants must have the ability to speak and present information effectively. Valid Driver&##39;s license. Must provide certificates of insurance indicating personal auto liability limits of $50,000 per accident. Must have sufficient driving record to be covered under our company automobile insurance and to comply with Milo’s Vehicle Safety program.
