Danone North America is looking for a Analyst Media Connections in White Plains.

We are looking for a Media Connections Analyst to join the Danone Center of Excellence team managing the financial and reporting responsibilities of Danone paid media in partnership with Danone FP&A and external media partners. The Media Connections Analyst will report to Media Connections Senior Associate Manager in White Plains, NY OR Broomfield, CO and collaborate with key Media team members across both Danone&##39;s White Plains, NY and Broomfield, CO offices.

This role will require experience in managing ambiguity and balancing multiple dynamic priorities including budgets, billing, flowcharts, and competitive monitoring. The Media Connections Analyst should have general knowledge of brand planning, data and analytics, research, and the role of media (digital and analogue). They assist in the end to end billing process by managing agency reports, invoicing, and timely payment execution.

Objectives of the role

  • Media Budget Management - Lead Danone media spend with acute attention to detail and superior accuracy. Support C-Suite budget requests across both locations requiring advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Be flexible and timely on leadership requests while proactively involving stakeholders to ensure information is all encompassing.
  • Billing - Troubleshoot outstanding invoice and payment issues. Lead process improvement efforts cross-agency & internal including working directly with Agency Billing Lead and Danone FP&A team members to simplify and centralize the billing process for the organization. Track POs & IOs against all payments and invoices and ensure invoices are reviewed for accuracy and paid on time.
  • Media Plan Flowcharts - Work with media agency and Danone Media Connections to ensure accuracy of monthly flowchart issuance to key stakeholders. Collaborate with key stakeholders on weekly change tracker issuance to ensure all updates are being tracked as well as flagging discrepancies. Provide clear and concise feedback to agency partners regarding changes and lead monthly calls with agency. Manage any flowchart process updates in partnership with internal teams and agencies.
  • Media Mix Modeling (MMM) - Administer and enforce timelines with agency partners for data collection in order to deliver information in a timely manner. Responsible for reviewing media data that is delivered by media and data partners to ensure accuracy for MMM reporting. Work closely with our Danone S&I and Analytics team to QA all data prior to handoff to 3rd party analytics partners.
  • Competitive - Partner with media agency to ensure accurate collection of data and strategic insights extrapolated for summarizing data and implications.
  • Audit/Compliance - Compile information required for internal Danone media audits. Support in packaging information in an organized fashion and work diligently to gather key deliverables from cross-functional teams.
  • Media Data Collection - Partner on all media data collections deliverables ensuring accurate data representation and timely delivery
  • Build Relationships - Foster strong, collaborative relationships with brand, cross-functionals within Danone, agency team, and external partners
  • Managing Vendor Meetings - Manage media vendor and meeting requests for the Media Connections team. Help manage team schedules for coordinating key meetings.

Targeted profile

  • Bachelor&##39;s degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 2-5 years of data management including skills in billing and payment regulations.
  • Clear understanding of how to categorize and analyze disparate data to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Able to build relationships and clearly articulate complex data.
  • Proven ability in building processes and systems within a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Able to act fast and perform well under pressure with well-honored critical thinking skills and time management skills.
  • Strength in agility and ambiguity with ability to manage multiple projects autonomously across multiple stakeholders.
