All American Foods, Inc. is headquartered on a 14 acre corporate campus in Mankato, Minnesota, where we manufacture over 100 dairy and non-dairy food ingredients for human consumption. Our Pro Mix® product line offers specialty powders which include cheese powder and cheese flavorings, cultured ingredients, and high fat dairy and non-dairy ingredients. Our four state-of-the-art SQF certified manufacturing facilities, located in South Central Minnesota and produce our Pro Mix® line of functional food ingredients. They offer a variety of benefits in a wide range of applications such as bakery, confectionery, soups and sauce, flavor applications, snack foods and coatings, to name a few, and are distributed throughout the United States. Unlike commodities that are often naturally over-engineered, our Pro Mix® line of ingredients incorporate only the nutrients and functional attributes essential to each application so our customers save money, without sacrificing quality. The All American Foods Technical Center is located on our corporate campus in Mankato, MN, and houses our R&D/Technical Services department and our pilot plant facilities. We are continually developing new and innovative ingredients and often provide technical and application assistance to our broad range of current and potential customers as well.
