Founded in 1996 by Bernard fillippone, Pasta Romana specializes in classic Italian products which put refined, authentic Italian dishes assembled from ingredients of the best quality. We also manufacture many private brand products, and is proud to be found in some of Montréal's most respected restaurants.
Our products include fresh pasta, fresh filled pasta and sauces & pestos. Our production capacity is 2000 kg. of pasta per hour and 1,000 litres of sauce per hour in 40,000 square feet area and we ensure consistent quality products and our constant pursuit of excellence has earned us AAA, HACCP and C-TPAT certification for better customer satisfaction.
