Alamance Foods is a manufacturer of novelty food products based in Burlington, North Carolina. The company is named after Alamance County, where it was founded as a dairy processor in 1927. In 1959, Alamance Foods began manufacturing aerosol whipped cream, and has since expanded its novelty product line.
Today, Alamance Foods is one of three major manufacturers of aerosol whipped cream in America. The company manufacturers other food products such as Fun Pops freeze pops, and Happy Drinks, which are flavored beverages for children. Whipped cream products are now marketed under the brand names Fun Whip and Classic Cream. Additionally, Alamance bottles spring, distilled, and drinking water for the Triton Water brand.
